cooking and gardening

                                                spanikopata pasta
today we cooked spanikopata pasta we had to and these are some of the ingredients

1 cup uncooked quinoa, RINSED (see Step 1)Sea salt.½ cup pine nuts, toasted (optional)2 scallions, thinly sliced or 1 garlic clove, minced.6 cups lightly packed baby spinach leaves (3 ounces)½ cup chopped fresh dill.¼ cup chopped fresh mint (optional)¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice.

so first cut up cut off  the stem from the silverbet then rip in  little pecies. Then once you finish that sqaush the garlic then cut it . then put some of the pasta in to a pot then leave it for a minute and then add the silver beet and then wait four minutes lastly and the spinach leaves and the lemon skin with it and then put it in the oven and wait until your friends come.

And then you can enjoy your dish with friends and family and even at school.
